Navigating the Integration hub menu

Data In Menu

Post Document

Post documents into collections manually instead of using a source connector or listener. Simply click “UPLOAD FILE” navigate to the file through your file explorer and open to load the file. Ignore Duplicates: this is a toggle Yes/No – if Yes, it will check to see if any docs in the file you posting are already in the collection and if so it will ignore them. If the toggle is set to No, then regardless of what documents are already in the collection it will force the documents you are posting to go into collection, but they will still go through the data validation process. Once you are happy with the parameters you can press “UPLOAD” and it will load the document into the collection.

Edit

This will navigate to the Data In collection and source connector page where you can edit any existing parameters.

Validators

Navigates to the Validation designer

Create Transform

Clicking this will create a new Data Transform process from the Data In collection

Create Out

Clicking this will create a new Data Out process from the Data In collection

Move

If you would like to move this collection to another Organisation you can do so using this Move function. If you click Move it will bring up the list of organisations you are associated with and you can select one to move it. Once moved all the transaction entries associated with that collection will now be shown in the new organisation.

Drop Documents

Once Clicked and you click “Yes” through the confirmation prompts it will delete all the documents that are in that collection in MongoDB. The collection itself will remain as well as any source connectors setup. Only the document contents will be cleared.

Delete

This will delete all the documents as well as the collection settings, the collection itself and any associated source connectors.

Data Transform Menu

Edit

This will navigate to the Data Transform Designer where you can edit any existing parameters.

Validators

Navigates to the Validation designer

Create Transform

Clicking this will create a new Data Transform process from the existing Data Transform collection

Create Out

Clicking this will create a new Data Out process from the Data Transform collection

Move
