# DNS Work-around while you get your cert ready

We want you to get up and running as soon as possible, and sometimes it might take time to get the cert setup.

When you access the application in a browser, it will utilize the following endpoints:\
app-api, Identity and the app itself. \
the app-api is the glue and needs to be accessible by the other two applications for everything to work correctly.

When you navigate to these endpoints in your browser without the cert setup you will be prompted to accept the self signed cert the ingress uses. You will need to do this to allow the application to be accessible.

ND!!! Please make sure you accept the app-api end point FIRST! only then access the app end point, this will stop any potential data corruption.

If you do not do this, there is a chance that registering process will not work correctly and the app will run unpredictably.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://university.utopiasync.com/integration-hub/installation-guide/kubernetes-installation/final-stage-dns-setup/dns-work-around-while-you-get-your-cert-ready.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
